The Lowestoft District & Pye Amateur Radio Club meets on Thursday nights at it's permanent Shack (Club House) in Lowestoft.

The club is also active with Special Event Stations, taking part each year in the  Mills On The Air Weekend as well as our own event at the Henham Steam Rally. We also take part in some of the RSGB contests and the National Field Days.

We have members active on most radio modes including amateur television, slow scan television and most data modes, as well as cw (morse code) and ssb.

The club is affiliated to the RSGB and is a registered RSGB test and training Centre for all three amateur radio license classes
 

We have members available to give talks and demonstrations to groups (Scouts etc), schools, colleges and other organisations.
